Booking our service is simple but there are a few conditions that you need to be aware of so we can do the best job at the lowest price. Please read the details below and then call us to arrange an appointment on 07557 440817.
PLEASE NOTE: We cover an area of 25 miles in any direction from Harrogate. However we are willing to travel further at extra cost. Just ask!
1) We need somewhere to work that is safe for us and for other people in the area. If you are unsure please call us to discuss this. Suitable areas include (but are not limited to)...
a) a driveway.
b) an office / work car park (with the owner’s permission of course).
c) a quiet backstreet / alley (as long as access for others is not restricted).
d) private land adjacent to your home or work (again, with permission).
e) a side street.
2) We need access to a mains supply (220-240V). We have a long extension lead but will need somewhere to plug it in!
3) Your vehicle should be clean and dry (when the weather allows).
4) While not essential, it will be useful to have the make, model and colour code of the vehicle before the appointment. Photos of the damage emailed to us would also be useful (although again, not essential).
5) We have wet weather equipment but there are some conditions that we cannot paint in (high winds for example). We reserve the right to change the appointment time or date if, on the day, it is our opinion that we cannot do the best job for you.
6) Payment should be made on completion of work.
